Position: Drafting and Prosecution
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Patent Associate to join our Patent team, focusing on patent drafting and prosecution. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the concerned engineering technology, computer science or a related technical field, along with experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the IN, USPTO and/or international patent offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft high-quality patent applications in collaboration with inventors and technical teams.
- Prosecute patent applications, including responding to office actions and managing communications with patent offices.
- Conduct prior art searches and patentability analyses.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on patent portfolios and IP protection.
- Stay up to date with changes in patent law and best practices in patent prosecution.
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, computer science or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
